At Hamilton, we’re proud to be delivering vital improvement works at Manor Court in Weybridge, where three high-rise residential blocks are undergoing a full façade upgrade using a fire-safe, energy-efficient Permarock Mineral Fibre EWI system.
Working in partnership with Axis, our expert team has been making strong and steady progress across Blocks A, B and C – with EWI installation now well underway on the upper floors.
Block A & B: On track and moving forward
Blocks A and B are leading the charge, with floors 6, 5, and 4 seeing the most progress so far. Stripping and preparatory works are fully complete on all elevations and installation of the new system has already been finished on several elevations.
Additional structural works, such as SFS and CP board installation in the roof areas and spandrel panels, have also been completed for these floors, setting the stage for the next stages of the façade upgrade.
Block C: Ready for EWI installation
At Block C, preparatory works are now complete, and EWI installation is scheduled to begin imminently on floors 5, 4, and 3. As with the other blocks, spandrel and roof-level works have been completed, giving our team a strong foundation to continue building from.
What’s next?
Over the coming weeks, work will continue across all three blocks. The next steps include:
- Continuing EWI installation across all buildings
- Installing SFS & CP boards on the remaining lower floors
- Beginning fire pin and basecoat application
- Working on stairwells and bin chute areas
Quality & Safety
All works are being closely monitored and documented via Field View, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and safety. Our team on-site – made up of renderers, fixers, logistics support, and site management – are maintaining momentum while working collaboratively to minimise disruption.
As we continue to modernise and futureproof Manor Court, we’re proud to bring enhanced energy performance, safety and visual appeal to these residential blocks.
