Throwback to one of our favourite transformations, which was recognised in the industry oscars in 2021!

Palmyra House in Warrington was once an old, dysfunctional office block but, following our work with Aliva UK for INCO Contractors it is now a high-end residential apartment block and commercial space.

The project won the best refurbishment category – insulation/brick/clay/ceramic or stone finish at the INCA Awards and we were there to pick up the trophy!
