As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to look back on a year defined by project success, operational growth and continued investment in our people. Across major façade remediation schemes, energy-efficiency upgrades and new partnerships, the business has moved forward with purpose and consistency.
Here’s an overview of some of our highlights from the year.
Q1: Setting the direction
The year began with the successful completion of a project in Hull, delivered in partnership with Hull City Council and Fortem. The project focused on improving thermal performance, safety and the overall quality of homes through a coordinated programme of façade and energy-efficiency upgrades. Works were fully concluded within the first quarter, marking a strong start to the year.
Alongside this, progress continued at Burley Street, where our team advanced façade works on a constrained city-centre site. Despite logistical challenges, installation moved forward efficiently, with sustainability measures such as bird and bat boxes incorporated to support local biodiversity, reflecting our broader environmental considerations alongside technical delivery.
Internally, 2025 marked the start of investment into the leadership of the business with the establishment of the Senior Leadership Team and the introduction of the Operation Board, setting a clear direction for the year ahead as major projects progressed across the business.
Q2: Recognition, standards and delivery
The second quarter of 2025 saw a number of key projects reach completion alongside important business milestones. Our collaborative approach to delivery was highlighted externally when our Director, Daniel Mackie, was featured in a subcontractor spotlight by McConnell, offering insight into how we work alongside partners across complex façade
schemes.
Having long held the PAS Accreditation in its many various guises, we successfully renewed to the current PAS 2030:2023 certification, reinforcing our commitment to quality assurance, compliance and best-practice installation across energy-efficiency and retrofit programmes.
During this quarter, we also completed works at Assheton House in Manchester, a 10-storey residential building where the team delivered Stone Wool Insulation and a distinctive combination of Silicone and Spar Dash finishes. The project combined technical precision with strong visual impact, marking another successful handover within our growing portfolio.
Recognition followed with a Silver Award at the 2025 National Site Awards for our Harrogate project, held by the Considerate Constructors Scheme. The award reflected consistently high site standards and strong consideration for surrounding communities, supported by the leadership of our SHEQ team.
Q3: Major completions and industry leadership
A key highlight was the completion of Seaton Point, a 22-storey residential tower and one of the tallest buildings in the borough. The project concluded with strong compliance outcomes, achieving an EWS1 A1 rating and a Low FRAEW rating.
Q3 also saw the conclusion of works at Abdon Avenue in Birmingham, where refurbishment works across 19-residential blocks were completed as part of a wider estate upgrade. The programme focused on improving energy efficiency, safety and resident comfort, delivered in close collaboration with Fortem Solutions and Birmingham City Council.
Alongside project delivery, the quarter marked a significant leadership milestone for the business. Our Contracts Director, Barry Clark, joined the INCA Board of Directors, reflecting both his professional journey within the company and Hamilton’s growing contribution to industry leadership and best practice.
Q3 reinforced Hamilton’s commitment to developing its people. A leadership development programme delivered in partnership with Diane Mason continued to strengthen leadership capability across the business, encouraging open discussion, practical learning and positive cultural change. The programme has been a valuable investment in the long-term growth and resilience of our business.
Q4: Investment in our people
The final quarter of the year brought the completion of another one of Hamilton’s large projects of 2025; Lewisham Park Towers. This major façade upgrade across three 18-storey towers delivered safer, warmer and more energy-efficient homes for over 300 residents. The scheme combined technical remediation with a high-quality external finish.
The year concluded with the completion of façade remediation works at the DoubleTree Hilton. The project involved extensive replacement of façade components, full reinstatement of original ceramic tiles and the completion of courtyard insulation systems. Delivered within a live hotel environment, the scheme reflects Hamilton’s ability to manage complex refurbishment projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
2025 demonstrated Hamilton’s ability to balance project delivery with organisational capability. We’ve strengthened internal standards, achieved external recognition and delivered complex technical work across a broad portfolio.
As we move into 2026, the focus remains on resilient delivery and continued people development, having invested over £1million in the business this year.
Thank you to all our clients, partners and teams for your collaboration, trust and commitment throughout the year.
Here’s to 2026!
