Seaton Point is the tallest building in Hackney and the last remaining tower from the once six-strong Nightingale Estate.

As a prominent local landmark, its refurbishment has been a significant project for the London Borough of Hackney.

Ashworthy Close in Hull represents a testament to Hamilton’s expertise in delivering high-quality insulation solutions on schedule and without complications.

Contracted by EQUANS and working in partnership with Hull City Council, Hamilton was tasked with the installation of Wetherby Wall Systems’ Stone Wool Insulation.

Hamilton was commissioned as subcontractor by Casey Group to carry out the external refurbishment and recladding of Chartist House, an 18-storey high-rise building located in Hyde, on behalf of Jigsaw Homes.

Located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, which is dubbed the creative and urban heart of the city, Vantage Quay was identified as having unsafe cladding in the wake of the Grenfell disaster.
It was agreed that there was a need to undertake works to address the inadequacy of the external cladding system, timber trellis and associated insulation.

Hamilton acted as main contractor for this safety critical project on a six-story residential building in Bolton town centre.

The front and rear elevations featured timber cladding from floors one to five. Timber clad steel sliding sunscreens were also installed to all balconies.

Hamilton acted as sub-contractor for Equans on this challenging remediation project which involved complete removal and replacement of all external cladding and insulation on a high-rise, mixed-use building.

When Salix Homes secured funding for major improvements to its Fitzwarren Court building, the social housing provider appointed The Casey Group as main contractor for the work on the 23-storey block of 135 apartments.
