Appointed as principal contractor by EQ Hotels Ltd, Hamilton designed and delivered a facade solution that met stringent fire safety requirements while retaining the established character of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Kingston upon Thames.

Seaton Point is the tallest building in Hackney and the last remaining tower from the once six-strong Nightingale Estate.

As a prominent local landmark, its refurbishment has been a significant project for the London Borough of Hackney.

Located in the coastal town of Criccieth, Hamilton recently completed an External Wall Insulation (EWI) project on a four-storey block of flats at Maes Abereistedd.

Hamilton was commissioned as subcontractor by Casey Group to carry out the external refurbishment and recladding of Chartist House, an 18-storey high-rise building located in Hyde, on behalf of Jigsaw Homes.

First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) committed £2.6m to refurbishing its high-rise properties Littlemoor House and Montgomery House. The investment made the 1970s buildings more energy efficient and compliant with the very latest fire safety regulations, as well as bringing the tower blocks’ aesthetics right up to date.

Hamilton acted as main contractor for this safety critical project on a six-story residential building in Bolton town centre.

The front and rear elevations featured timber cladding from floors one to five. Timber clad steel sliding sunscreens were also installed to all balconies.

Hamilton’s years of experience and commitment to client satisfaction was demonstrated in full when it came to removing and replacing EWI on four 13-storey high rise blocks in the centre of Birmingham for Family Optima (part of the WM Housing Group).

When Salix Homes secured funding for major improvements to its Fitzwarren Court building, the social housing provider appointed The Casey Group as main contractor for the work on the 23-storey block of 135 apartments.
