Seaton Point is the tallest building in Hackney and the last remaining tower from the once six-strong Nightingale Estate.
As a prominent local landmark, its refurbishment has been a significant project for the London Borough of Hackney.
Working under main contractor EQUANS and in collaboration with Wetherby Wall Systems, Hamilton was appointed to deliver the removal of the existing external wall insulation and install a new A2-rated Wetherby EWI system.
Our team played a vital role in ensuring the updated façade met the latest safety and fire regulations, while also enhancing the thermal efficiency and visual appeal of the building.
Over 40 operatives contributed throughout the project, demonstrating Hamilton’s capacity to manage large-scale, high-rise works with professionalism and attention to detail.
