Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects and ensure all contracts are adhered to.
- Manage and maintain all health and safety documentation.
- Build and monitor construction programmes.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor project costs.
- Lead the coordination of the Building Safety Act process.
- Chair internal and subcontractor meetings to provide progress and quality updates.
- Ensure specifications and drawings are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the office and site.
- Ensure all materials are ordered and deliveries planned for the team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients and subcontractors.
